As the days get colder and the leaves change color, the realization that the holidays are not far off may cause panic for some when the task of buying gifts for all those family members and friends starts to seem a daunting task.

Those who don’t feel like pushing through the crowds at area malls or larger retail stores this holiday season, just might be in luck. The end of October signals the start of bazaar season in the Clark County area and those seeking gifts will find plenty of homemade crafts, baked goods, home decor, accessories, clothing and more at numerous bazaars offered throughout the fall and winter months. Also, shoppers can feel good about the money they spend at these bazaars, as proceeds from most bazaars benefit area charities and nonprofit organizations.
