Battle Ground Senior Scene fall schedule

Posted

Seniors in Battle Ground looking for activities as the temperatures drop need look no further than the fall edition of the Senior Scene, a regular collection of events organized by Battle Ground Parks and Recreation. Activities are open to any senior who wants to participate, with most activities offered on an ongoing basis.

The Mad Hatters Club

The Mad Hatters Club meets on the second Friday of each month. There are no membership fees or red hats required. Mad Hatters Club meetings are “Dutch” style with each attendant paying for their own meal.

There won’t be a lunch in October for the group, though the Mad Hatters will reconvene in November for some burgers.

Lunch at Red Robin:

11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9

The Mad Hatters will stop by one of the newer spots in Battle Ground. Red Robin prides itself on its burgers and endless fries.
