Five North County Boy Scouts earn Eagle rank

Five North County Boy Scouts from the Ft. Vancouver District successfully passed their Eagle Scout Board of Review during the months of March and April and were advanced to the rank of Eagle Scout.

Jace Michael Rintala of Boy Scout Troop 349 led a group of scouts and adult volunteers in renovating the Donna Mower Memorial Garden. Jace, 18, is the son of Dean and Teresa Rintala. Jace was a senior at Battle Ground High School when he achieved his rank; he completed 54 hours of community service.

 

Tanner Jordan Brinton of Boy Scout Troop 371 led a group of scouts and adult volunteers in painting fire hydrants around Battle Ground. Tanner, 13, is the son of Dan and Krista Brinton. Tanner was an 8th grader at CAM Academy when he achieved his rank; he completed 152 hours of community service. 

 



Benjamin Heine Withee of Boy Scout Troop 344 led a group of scouts and adult volunteers in building planter boxes for the City of Yacolt. Benjamin, 18, is the son of Robert and Jennifer Withee. He was a senior at Battle Ground High School and Cascadia Tech Academy when he achieved his rank; he completed 34 hours of community service.

 

Jeffery Logan Gibert of Boy Scout Troop 511 led a group of scouts and adult volunteers in building benches for the Prairie High School. Logan, 18, is the son of Jon and Heather Gibert. He was a senior at Prairie High School when he achieved his rank; he completed 148 hours of community service.

 

Evan David Patrick Roach of Boy Scout Troop 328 led a group of scouts and adult volunteers in building bench/platforms at Vancouver Lake Park. Evan, 17, is the son of David and Maria Roach. He is a junior at Hockinson High School; he completed 156 hours of community service.
