Three local Boy Scouts achieve Eagle rank

Three North County Boy Scouts from the Ft. Vancouver District successfully passed their Eagle Scout Board of Review in February and are now Eagle Scouts.

Kellen Gerald Bringhurst, 17, of Boy Scout Troop 637 led a group of volunteers, made up of both scouts and adults, in building benches for the Ridgefield City dog park.

 

Kellen, a junior at Ridgefield High School, is the son of Trace and Zenia Bringhurst. He completed 74 hours of community service. 

 

Trey Alan Bowman, 18, of Boy Scout Troop 361 led a group of volunteers, made up of both  scouts and adults, in organizing the Special Olympics Unified Soccer tournament. 



 

Trey, a senior at Battle Ground High School, is the son of Shane and Loren Bowman. He completed 311 hours of community service. 

Andrew James Stimson,18, of Boy Scout Troop 344 led a group of volunteers, made up of both scouts and adults, in refurbishing the sign at Battle Ground Lake State Park. 

 

Andrew, a senior at Prairie High School, is the son of John and Dawn Stimson.  He completed 48 hours of community service.
