Pacific Lifestyle Homes Land Acquisition Manager Ryan Styger was named Industry Advocate of the Year for his service to the Building Industry Association of Clark County.

“Ryan has always been a strong advocate for homebuilders, but what really stands out this year was his individual actions to address regulatory issues affecting the industry,” stated Aaron Marvin, President of the Building Industry Association of Clark County, in a press release.

“Although he recognized, and dealt with, problems affecting his business directly, he viewed them as broader issues,” Marvin added. “He took the time to understand how the issues were affecting the industry and advocated for solutions that would address the problem at hand, not only for himself but all home builders.”

Styger has been with Pacific Lifestyle Homes for six years. He started in the design and drafting department and has taken on more responsibility as permit and design manager as well as residential design manager.

“We could not be more proud of Ryan. He is an example of someone who has come into our company and been such a valuable addition,” stated Kevin Wann, Owner and President of Pacific Lifestyle Homes.
