The 2014 NW Natural Parade of Homes presented by HomeStreet Bank will be open through Sun., July 27 in the Felida area of Vancouver at Erickson Farms.

LakeShore Development is the presenting developer. NW Natural has returned as the title sponsor and HomeStreet Bank is presenting sponsor. Visit www.ClarkCountyParadeofHomes.com for more information.

Featured builders in this year’s show include: JB Homes, Pahlisch Homes Inc., Cascade West Development, Legacy Restoration, Glavin Homes, Stone Bridge Homes NW and Pacific Lifestyle Homes. There are eight luxury homes at the NW Natural Parade of Homes site this year with prices between $700,000 to over one million dollars.

The NW Natural Parade of Homes is produced by the Building Industry Association of Clark County and the event has become a summer tradition for families, couples and everyone looking to find innovative ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping, decorating or buying a new home.

For more than 37 years the Parade has showcased homes - highlighting the best in custom design, luxury, energy efficiency, new technology and imaginative use of space. Homes this year will range between 3,000-6,000 square feet plus each home will be furnished, fully decorated, and landscaped (with outdoor living).

“We are thrilled to be back in the Felida area of Vancouver for the NW Natural Parade of Homes.  This year our builders have created beautiful homes that are not to be missed,’’ said Avaly Scarpelli, executive director for the Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA). “The homes at the Parade site are all truly representative of the builders, their craftsmanship, and the quality we represent, and of our association as a whole.”

The BIA is a trade association, organized by local homebuilders in 1969, to provide a united voice for the building industry in Clark County. The Association has hundreds of members consisting of general contractors, sub-contractors, developers, Realtors, financial institutions, title companies, nonprofit organizations and various other area businesses.
