A little improvement to home life doesn’t always have to involve a huge project, and one opportunity to help both homeowner and property is coming up that takes a look at first aid around, and with, the garden.

On Saturday, Oct. 21 NatureScaping Botanical Gardens is hosting a “First Aid From the Garden” at the CASEE Center in Brush Prairie. Presenters Erin Harwood and Eloyce O’Connor of Garden Delights Bulb Farm will provide information on ways to use herbs to deal with minor medical issues such as bee stings or cuts.

As with all NatureScaping Botanical Gardens classes, the event is $15 per class, but free for those with NatureScaping membership. Membership costs $20 per year, or $15 for seniors.
