Rojo the therapy llama to be featured

Clark County therapy llama “Rojo’’ will be featured on an upcoming episode on the National Geographic Wild Network.

“Rojo’’ will appear on March 20 and 23. Viewers are encouraged to check local listings for time and date. The episode is entitled “Doggie Dearest.’’

“Rojo’’ is a member of Mtn. Peaks Therapy Llamas & Alpacas of Vancouver. The nonprofit organization, operated by Lori Gregory and her daughter Shannon Hendrickson, has been doing therapy work in Clark County and beyond for the past seven years, completing nearly 1,000 therapy visits including the Klineline Special Needs Fishing Day, Easter Egg Hunt For All Abilities, All Church Picnic, Streets Alive, WSU Farm Tour, Vancouver Sensory Camp and Pumpkin Patch and others.



“Rojo’’ will also be featured in a number of books, either already available or soon to be released. The therapy llama will also be featured in the April issue of O, the Oprah Magazine.
