TWO ELITE Star Wars Stormtroopers, TK 246 (David) and TK 242 (George), will make an appearance at Big Al’s Bowling this Saturday to have their picture taken with children and adults alike.
Elite Star Wars Stormtroopers TK 246 (David) and TK 242 (George) are taking a break from squashing revolts and establishing imperial authority to support Furry Friends, a nonprofit cat rescue in Clark County.
The Stormtroopers are donating their time to have their picture taken at Big Al’s Bowling for Furry Friends. The event will be held Sat., May 16, 5-7 p.m., at Big Al’s, 16615 SE 18th St., Vancouver. Stormtroopers will be there in authentic armor.
“We want to help kitties find a loving home and to give them a better life,” explains TK 246 (David). “We plan to make this an incredibly fun event for everyone. Besides, who doesn’t like kitties and Stormtroopers?”
A $5 donation is requested for each picture is requested to help Furry Friends purchase a halfway house for the cats and kittens they rescue. Professional photographer Michael Schultz of Schultz Photography will be on hand to capture lasting memories for children and adults alike.
