WSU Vancouver hosts workshop to help students find money for college

Washington State University Vancouver will host Scholarships 101 Information Night for students interested in learning how scholarships can help pay for college. The workshop will be held at 6 p.m., Wed., Jan. 7 on campus in the Dengerink Administration Building, Room 110. This event is free and open to the public.

Guests will learn where to find the best scholarships, how to write award-winning essays and get helpful tips from prior award winners. Open to all prospective students, no matter the college they choose.

WSU Vancouver is located at 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave. in Vancouver, east of the 134th Street exit from either I-5 or I-205, or via C-Tran bus service. Parking for this event is free in Orange Lot 1.
