YMCA GYM GAMES: Grades K-4. Participants will be in the gym, playing lots of fun games, including kickball, basketball, trench ball, wall ball and lots more of your favorites. Come out after school for tons of fun, exercise, and a chance to meet new friends. There will be six sessions for $60 starting Dec. 8 after school at Pleasant Valley Primary, and seven sessions for $70 starting after school at Tukes Primary Dec. 10. R.I.P.P.E.D. 4 KIDS/TEENS FITNESS: Super fun high intensity conditioning for all fitness levels. Plyometrics, mixed martial arts and strength training to build children and teens strong in a non competitive nurturing environment. Inspiring music, nutritional component and games like Butterball and soccer to build teamwork. Great training for athletes and people new to fitness. Parents can sign up with their teen (*not available for kid classes). Sessions start at the beginning of each month and classes are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays. MORNING FITNESS CLASSES: 12 and eight class punch cards are available for Zumba/Zumba Toning/Glutes, Core, Cardio morning fitness classes at the Lewisville Gym. Zumba is a fitness program inspired by latin music and dance that combines rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. On Saturdays, join Certified National Academy of Sports Medicine, Personal Trainer, Kim Witherspoon for a class focusing on strengthening and toning the upper/lower body, and abdominal muscles. This is a complete body workout. Fundraisers

FUNDRAISER FOR HOCKINSON PWT will be Mon., Nov. 16, 3:30-8 p.m., at Mill Creek Pub, 1710 SW 9th Ave., Battle Ground. Mill Creek will donate a portion of the proceeds from all food and non-alcoholic beverages purchased during the time slot. They will also be matching up to $100 in cash donations. SAFE ON MY OWN: Ages 7-12. Learn how to handle being home alone. This American Red Cross class encompasses a variety of subjects including personal safety, how to answer the door or phone when home alone, Internet safety, sibling care, how to get help, basic first aid and family communication.
