Trustees named to Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation Board

Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce David Copenhaver, Marta Halvorsen, Glenda Hill and Erin Lambley have been elected to its board of trustees. The Foundation advocates and raises funds for Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, part of Legacy Health – the largest nonprofit, community-owned health care provider in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Copenhaver is president and chief executive officer of White Stone Development. He serves on the board of the Vancouver Downtown Association and is a board member and vice chair of Options 360 Pregnancy Medical Clinics. He holds a distinguished certified development professional designation, as well as a bachelor of science in communications and a bachelor of art in psychology from Portland State University.

Halvorsen is a principal and financial advisor at Edward Jones. She has held a number of volunteer roles, including serving as a new financial advisor support specialist, growth leader, mentor, productivity leader and visiting veteran. She is actively involved in the firm’s inclusion initiative and helped establish guidelines and support for hiring female financial advisors.

Hill is vice president and senior relationship manager of Regents Bank. She is currently a board and finance committee member of Columbia River Mental Health Services and treasurer of the Mt. St. Helens Institute. She also serves on the board of the American Cancer Institute. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix, a certificate in healthcare administration from Portland State University, and will soon complete the OHSU/PSU joint Healthcare Management MBA program.



Lambley is an associate business attorney with Landerholm, P.S. She received her juris doctor from Northwestern College of Law at Lewis and Clark College. Lambley is on the board of the Pink Lemonade Project, which provides support to breast cancer survivors. She recently served on the 2013 Legacy Salmon Creek Cares Luncheon Committee.
