Legacy Health lifts visitor restrictions

With a decline in both flu positivity rates and hospitalized patients with flu, Legacy Health is lifting visitor restrictions at all of their campuses. Oregon and Southwest Washington are also reporting a decrease in flu activity.

Legacy Health reminds people to be aware that the flu season is not over but simply lessened in intensity, so it encourages everyone to continue being diligent in keeping healthy. After getting a flu vaccination, the number one thing a person can do to prevent the spread of the flu is to wash their hands. It is important to remain vigilant in hand hygiene to protect against spreading infection.
