Vancouver Clinic moves business offices

The Vancouver Clinic (TVC) has moved 180 administrative employees from its Columbia Tech Center and 87th Avenue locations to its Evergreen Village facility.

The move combines administrative offices in one central building (the corner of Burton Road and NE 138th Ave.) and provides clinic space for 18-22 new providers at the other two locations.

According to Tom Sanchez, TVC’s chief operating officer, adding more clinic space is critical to continue providing high-quality medical care and improve the patient experience.

“The Vancouver Clinic’s vision is to be the best in the Northwest for patient-focused, quality-proven care,” said Sanchez. “Providing adequate clinic space is critical to fulfill this vision and prepare to serve Southwest Washington’s growing population.”

The clinic plans to remodel the freed-up space at its 87th Avenue and Columbia Tech Center locations and expand four existing departments experiencing patient growth: Neurology, OB/GYN, gastroenterology and urology.

TVC began leasing space in Evergreen Village last year, with plans to exclusively house all non-clinical operations and staff. Sanchez noted that consolidating administrative operations will create efficiencies and likely reduce operating costs. Additionally, relocating nearly 200 employees to Evergreen could have a positive economic impact on nearby businesses and the surrounding community.

The Vancouver Clinic (TVC) has served residents of Southwest Washington since 1936 and is the largest private multi-specialty clinic in Clark County. TVC operates six clinics across Vancouver, Battle Ground and Washougal, and provides 40 medical specialties. Its mission is to be the best in the Northwest for patient-focused, quality-proven care.
