Get together with Master Gardeners at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, for an informative presentation on Tomato Season at The Gathering Place, 2500 NE 78th St., Vancouver.
The presentation is hosted by Carl Barney, owner of Uncle Wayne’s Tomatoes, Inc., which sold nearly 12,000 plants in 2017. Barney will discuss the results of the 2019 tomato season at his farm as well as share some of the farm’s dry farming techniques.
