If your bushes aren’t producing prime blueberries for your famous homemade blueberry pancakes, this is the class for you.

Clark County Master Gardeners are holding a blueberry pruning workshop on Saturday, Jan. 26,  from 10 a.m. to noon at a location disclosed after registration.

Included in the class is instruction on when, where, and what to prune, what tools are commonly used in this practice, how to keep your blueberry garden pristine and the benefits to keeping your bushes pruned year-round.

After an overview of the basics, the class will then trek up a steep hill to a blueberry patch for guided practice. The patch is also accessible by car for those with mobility issues.
