He is a retired electrical engineer of 31 years and Power Utilities Technology instructor at Clark College.
Oftentimes, Jim can be found going from one community meeting to the next, generous with his knowledge and his time, always remaining humble. He is a man of integrity who is not afraid to speak out about the facts related to electric transmission, making himself available to answer questions during and after community meetings.
For close to three years, I have learned what committed to community really means. Jim has inspired me to learn more and volunteer more.
