DELEEUW, An Incapacitated Person. Michael Smith, as Guardian of the Estate for MICHALA B. Except the northerly 30 feet. And except Vanhoesen County Road No. 640, as established by waiver to Lewis County dated May 2, 1925. Also the North 50 feet of the East 150 feet of that portion of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 13 North, Range 2 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning 270 feet south of the Northeast Quarter of said subdivision; thence West 161.2 feet; thence North 270 feet, thence East to the point of beginning. Except Vanhoesen County Road No. 640, as established by waiver to Lewis County dated May 2, 1925. Lewis County, State of Washington. Together with and subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of record, including those referenced or appearing on any recorded plat or survey.
