112708 Summons IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR THE COUNTY OF CLARK, NO. 19-2-07876-06 Petitioner Tennille Scott vs. Respondent Phillip Scott The state of Washington to Phillip Scott: You are hereby summoned to appear on the 3rd day of December, 2019, at 8:30 a.m., and respond to the petition. If you fail to respond, an order of protection will be issued against you pursuant to the provisions of the domestic violence protection act, chapter 26.50 RCW, for a minimum of one year from the date you are required to appear. A temporary order of protection has been issued against you, restraining you from the following: coming near the petitioner, contacting the petitioner directly or through a third party, and coming with 300 feet of the petitioner's residence.
