116126 NOTICE 2021-2026 Stormwater Capital Plan Adoption SEPA NOTICE - DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) Clark County Public Works has issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 192-11 WAC) to adopt and update changes in the Stormwater Capital Plan for the years 2021 through 2026, as a non-project SEPA review required by law (RCW 36.81.121 and WAC 136.16.010). After review of a completed environmental checklist and other supporting information on file with the agency, Clark County Public Works has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant impact on the environment. Project specific environmental impacts shall be evaluated during individual project design processes. The DNS is available electronically at https://www.clark.wa.gov/public-works/sepa. Copies are also available at no charge from Jeff Schnabel, Stormwater Infrastructure Manager, (564) 397-4583. The public is invited to submit written comment on this DNS no later than October 30, 2020 to jeff.schabel@clark.wa.gov.
