Long-time area realtors Scott Combs and Troy Hershey will become part of the area Real Living franchise operated by Ridgefield residents Chad and Hollie Sessions.
The arrangement results in Real Living having a permanent office at 1404 NE 134th Street in Salmon Creek, just west of the Interstate 5 and 205 split, to serve the growing residential, development and new construction needs in west Vancouver, Felida, Salmon Creek, Ridgefield, Battle Ground and the surrounding area.
“We are delighted to have Scott and Troy on the Real Living team, and to create a presence in the Salmon Creek area that makes it easier for Real Living professionals to serve homeowners and home builders throughout Clark County,” said Chad Sessions, who expects to have a team of 75-100 agents by year end.
Real Living first appeared in the area in late 2011 and operates from temporary offices near Fort Vancouver while a flagship office is constructed on SE 192nd St. Meanwhile, the company has a small satellite office in Hockinson, along with the Salmon Creek office.

A Prairie High School graduate and Ridgefield resident, Combs brings more than 25 years of real estate experience, including ERA Real Estate, Keller Williams, Windermere and Realty Executives. He actively supports youth athletics, including serving as a coach of the Giants, a Ridgefield Little League team.
Hershey is a second generation real estate professional, who graduated from Hudson’s Bay and lives in the Battle Ground area. He has experience with Chicago Title Company, ERA Real Estate and Keller Williams, and supported introduction of the national CIO Executives Summit to improve the adoption of information technology in Fortune 500 companies. Troy is a principal of Vision Homes NW, which specializes in energy-efficient new home construction for upper middle income families.
