Submittal Forms
You may submit information to The Reflector using the forms below.
Adobe Reader is available free from Adobe.com.
Information about enabling Javascript is available here.
Forms need to be returned as PDF attachments via your e-mail service.
If you use a desktop e-mail server, using the submit button should automatically activate your
e-mail program, attach the PDF file, and fill in
the email address of The Reflector.
However, if you are using a webmail server, this automation probably will not happen. You will need
to save the file AS A PDF FORMAT FILE, and then attach to an e-mail and send to The Reflector at
staff@thereflector.com. You may attach photos in JPG format to the e-mail also.
Automation of the form may also be blocked by virus protection, scanware, or firewall programs.
